By accessing and using ZainForge (“the Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.

ZainForge provides free, client-side utility tools for processing digital documents, images, and text. Processing runs directly within your web browser. We do not store, inspect, or manage your documents.

3. User Responsibilities & Passwords

You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of your files before processing them. For tools involving passwords (such as Protect PDF or Unlock PDF), you are solely responsible for retaining any passwords you assign. Because ZainForge does not hold or store your files or keys, lost passwords cannot be recovered by us.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZainForge is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every file format or corrupted document.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZainForge or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the tools or loss of data.
